The upper floor, while seamlessly integrated into the overall aesthetic, was strategically equipped with an optional separate access. A distinctive and captivating feature of the house lies in its boundary wall and balcony railings. 

Red Stone slabs were skillfully arranged to form intricate rectangular checks, creating a visually striking pattern. This not only added an artistic dimension to the exterior but also served as a testament to the meticulous attention to detail in the design. The staircase, a pivotal element in any multi-story structure, was designed with a touch of ingenuity. A glass wall positioned at the corner of the staircase allowed natural light to permeate throughout the day, creating a well-lit and visually engaging space.
